The Mohair Centre Nursery provides day and sessional care for children aged 1 – 4 years old.

 

Baby room for Approx 12 – 20/24mths

Tiddler Room Approx 20/24 – 36mths

Toddler Room Approx 30 - 40mths

Preschool Room Approx 50/60mths

 

We are registered with Ofsted and offer Early Years Education Entitlement (EYEE) funding for 2 - 4 year olds who qualify.

 

We believe in using the outdoor farm and woodland environment as the best classroom possible. We strongly believe in the ethos of ‘SELF DIRECTED PLAY’ and this governs activities at the Mohair Centre as outlined in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). For us the children will learn skills way beyond their development age if they follow their own instincts and interests.

Adult-led learning will also be part of your child's development and our staff are trained to develop self-directed play as far as safety allows and as far as the child wishes to go! For us this is the key to children learning and developing through using their imagination to reach their full potential.

Opening Times

Open 8am to 6pm.
Closed between Christmas and New Year and all bank holidays.
