(we are closed Bank Holidays Friday 3rd April and Monday 6th April)

BOOKING PROCEDURE

1. Email straight away as soon as you receive this email to avoid disappointment. Please be clear giving the name / s of your child / children, day and times you wish to book, as to your requirements. We aim to get back to you over the weekend, but please be patient. Sometimes giving alternative days saves time / disappointment if your preferred day is booked up. Most time is wasted chasing for TIMES REQUIRED.

2. We will process emails Friday and over the weekend. Once your booking is confirmed we will give you the total payment required and ask for payment on receipt of your confirmation email.

What does your child need to bring?

• Please bring clothes that don’t matter, and spare clothes too. The children are likely to get messy!
•  Wet weather clothing and named welly boots are mandatory.
• Sun lotion and sun hats or winter layers, hats & gloves as appropriate.
•  Please ensure that all items are clearly named!
•  Please provide your child with a healthy packed lunch and cold pack along with a named water bottle. We provide a healthy snack and drink at Break-time.
•  A smile!

Prices

Breakfast Session 8.00 am - 10.30 am @ £8 per hour
Core Session 10.30am to 4.30pm @ £45
Teatime Session 4.30pm - 6.00 pm @ £8 per hour

Booking

We cannot accept any children without correct, up to date registration details. If you have not attended in the last 6 months you will be required to fill in an updated registration form.
